On-Line
Prescription Service -
Some
patients are still sending their on-line prescription via a standard
e-mail, also some are sending direct to the main practice e-mail
address, although all prescriptions will still be made up, by not
using the on-line form you are running the risk of your script
getting delayed due to the route this type of mail has to take. To
avoid any hold ups with your prescription we strongly recommend
using the on-line form as this is the most effective method taking
the quickest route to the script writer, but if you are finding this
method cumbersome please forward all future scripts to
scripts@gp-k84037.nhs.uk
and not to
wallingford.medical@gp-k84037.nhs.uk
although this is not the quickest or most efficient route. Any
questions regarding this or other parts of the web site please
e-mail or call
Andrew on 821789 thank you. |
