If you are too unwell to come to the
surgery then ask the receptionist if your Doctor will visit you at
home. If you are unsure if your condition needs a home visit then
ask if the Doctor can call you back on the telephone to discuss your
problem. If you feel the medical
condition is urgent or critical then the receptionist will put you through immediately to
your Doctor or to the Duty Doctor as appropriate.
Please try and call before
10.00 a.m. so that the visits for the day can be planned appropriately.
