We
offer a flexible appointment system, which enables patients whose condition
requires ongoing treatment, to book appointments in advance (our appointment
system allows booking up to 6 weeks in advance). The majority of appointments
are available on the day so that patients who need to see a doctor on the same
day can do so. Not all appointments need to be with a doctor, we have an
experienced nursing team who offer a large number of appointments each day.
Please check with the receptionist if your symptoms could be dealt with by the
nursing team. Our telephone lines are particularly busy between 08.30 and 09.30
but we will endeavour to answer your call as soon as possible. We are in the
process of upgrading our telephone system and adding further lines.
