We
offer a flexible appointment system, which enables patients whose condition
requires ongoing treatment, to book appointments in advance (our appointment
system allows booking up to 6 weeks in advance). The majority of appointments
are made available on the day from 8:30 so that patients who need to see a doctor on the same
day can do so; you can book these via the telephone, in person or via your
Vision on-line account

experienced nursing team who offer a large number of appointments each day.
Please check with the receptionist if your symptoms could be dealt with by the
nursing team.
If your doctor
has advised you to book a "follow-up" appointment please book it
after your consultation at reception.
Our telephone lines are particularly busy between 08.30 and 09.30
but we will endeavour to answer your call as soon as possible.
