Telephone Calls

 

If you wish to discuss a non urgent problem it is unlikely that your Doctor will be immediately available. You will be asked to leave your name and contact number for the Doctor to return your call.

We do have a Practice policy not to leave messages on answering machines so please make sure your are available to take the return call. There is also a lot of time wasted in telephoning patients at their work place when they are not able to be quickly contacted.

Our receptionists are trained to deal with a wide range of problems and may well be able to handle with your query.
