Most referrals to other specialists will require you seeing or speaking with a GP. However, there are a number of local services, listed below, that you are able to make self referrals to.

Oxford Safe Haven

A specialised safe haven offering a late-night safe space for people experiencing mental health crisis has opened off Cowley Road in Oxford.Oxford Safe Haven (OSH) offers additional out-of-hours support for adults living with mental illness in Oxfordshire.People must call ahead to hold a place at the drop-in in Manzil Way, Oxford, for immediate mental health support in a non-medical environment.

Turning Point

Turning Point Roads to Recovery is an all purpose drug and alcohol treatment service located in Oxfordshire & commissioned by Oxfordshire County Council.This site is dedicated to promoting wellbeing and recovery from addiction when you feel ready to take those steps.
