The Wellbeing Walk in Wallingford takes place every Monday morning at 10am in Bullcroft Park. The walk was previously started as part of the Get Active Get Healthy program for people with diabetes but it is now open to anyone who would like to get out and get a bit more active or simply get out of the house to see other people.
The walk is only 30 minutes long and at a very gentle pace. The route taken is around the park which is mainly a flat surface, so perfect for anyone who needs to walk with an aid or is unsteady on their feet.. Depending on the walkers we do 2-4 laps of the park. The walk is suitable for people who would like to get out and do a short very gentle walk and have a chat with fellow walkers.
